The Land

Koh Jum Beach Villas is comprised of 40 rai (app. 16 acres or 6.4 hectares), along 700 metres of beachfront. This is an extraordinary beach to land ratio. Plant species such as cashew and almond trees, pines, and palms cover approximately 80% of each plot; a unique abundance of nature rarely found in modern developments.                               

The landscaping plan is dedicated to the preservation and regeneration of the coastal beach forest of Koh Jum Beach Villas. Human living has largely destroyed this unique ecology throughout Thailand. Already implemented, the plan consists of collecting drift seeds and cuttings from the island and planting them among existing coconut and cashew trees.
