Baan Khating is a luxurious beach front villa set in beautiful tropical gardens. It faces a secluded‚ golden sandy beach on the picturesque coast of the unspoiled island of Koh Jum‚ Thailand. Enjoy indoor‐outdoor living as teak folding doors open to cooling sea breezes. Built as four separate “Pods” connected together by decks‚ this villa is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 10 people  typically 8 adults plus children.

From the first moment you step into Baan Khating you‚ know you are living in Thailand. The house features traditional Thai architecture and is carefully designed to blend traditional‚ elegant and tropical design with comfortable and functional contemporary style living. Baan Khating has a large living area‚ combining a lounge‚ gourmet kitchen and open dining area all under one roof - an ideal place for families to get together. A large powder room is situated next to living area.

Master suite:

A beautiful king size bed with natural furnishings overlooks the gardens and beach. There is also a seating area‚ a walk‐through closet‚ a large bathroom with double vanity‚ deep bath and outside shower.

Guest suite:

At the rear of the property in a tranquil setting‚ this stunning bedroom has a king size bed‚ walk‐through closet and a large ensuite shower room.

Guest Pod rooms 2 & 3:

At the rear of the villa‚ the larger pod has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom‚ both rooms have queen sizes bed and wardrobes.

The Den:

Adjoining guestroom 2 & 3‚ this relaxing room is perfect for reading books or playing family games. This room can also be made into an extra bedroom.
