Baan Khun Don is a three bedroom luxury sea-view pool villa  that comfortably accommodates up to seven people. The house features traditional Thai architecture and is carefully designed to blend elegant and tropical design with comfortable and functional contemporary style living. Baan Khun Don has a large living area‚ combining a lounge‚ gourmet kitchen and traditional dining area‚ all under one roof – an ideal place for friends to get together. There are two bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds. The master bedroom is a wing unto itself‚ with its’ spacious en-suite and outdoor Bali style double shower. 135 square metres of indoor living space expands even larger onto scenic terraces.

 

Master suite:

A wing unto itself with a king size bed and natural furnishings‚ walk-
through closet and a large en-suite bathroom with a twin Bali style shower (indoor/
outdoor). Large glass folding doors continue the tropical indoor-outdoor living
concept throughout the master suite and onto the Thai-style balcony which overlooks
the Phi Phi Islands.

 

Guest suite:

There are two guest rooms located on the lower level with queen
sized beds. Guestroom 1 has a large dressing area and daybed to relax and enjoy
the sea view. Both rooms have large windows which allow cooling breezes and
an abundance of natural light. These guestrooms share a separate bathroom with
shower.

 

Gardens:

Baan Khun Don is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and coconut
palms. The Private pool is 4 by 8 meters and has a salt water chlorination system.
Although the sea and quiet beach are only steps away you won’t want to leave this
private sanctuary.
