Baan Raj is a gorgeous beachfront villa directly on a very tranquil sandy beach in Koh Jum - with very few tourists. The only sound that can be heard is the occasional passing of a traditional long-tail boat. The sandy beach and shallow water make it suitable for children. This villa is perfect for a cozy entourage of 4 people.

This accommodation consists of two pods linked by terraces. The main living pod overlooks the beach and consists of a lounge with dining room and fully fitted kitchen‚ and a sleeping area with a queen size bed and access to a large shower room. The master bedroom pod offers a large bedroom and bathroom with a Bali style shower. 135 sq. metres of indoor space‚ spills open to expansive terraces.

Master suite:

The spacious master suite boasts an amazing seating lounge with sea view terrace. A beautiful teak king size bed‚ writing desk‚ walk-in closet and large bathroom with double outdoor shower provides unparalleled function and beauty.

Guest suite:

Situated in part of the main studio living area‚ a beautiful queen size bed with natural furnishings overlook the sandy beach and tropical garden. There is also a modern bathroom at the rear or the building.
