From 5–9 October, we will be hosting Eat with Intention: Local Flavours, Global Impact — an event that brings our commitment to regenerative travel to the table, quite literally.
What to Expect
Guests are invited to explore our organic garden, take part in a farm to table cooking experience, and enjoy our menu items crafted from locally and nationally sourced ingredients. Every dish tells a story, of the farmers, fishers, and producers across the Andaman region who share our values.
Our team will be on hand to share the stories behind what’s on your plate. Curious about where an ingredient comes from? Just ask.
